What is KTrade Securities?
KTrade Securities is a leading brokerage house in Pakistan. It offers online trading and investment services through the KTrade app, allowing investors to buy and sell shares on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
Is my money safe with KTrade?
How do I open a trading account?
You fill an online account-opening form on our website/app. Documents include CNIC, bank IBAN, salary/bank statements depending on your status.
Are there any charges for opening an account?
KTrade doesn’t charge any account opening fee, but NCCPL charges (PKR 300 admission, PKR 100 biometric & KYC, PKR 300 annual), CDC charges (0.0036% per transaction and 0.005625% custody fee), and a PKR 50 monthly SMS fee apply.
How long does it take to open an account?
Can I open a joint trading account?
The documentation shows “Joint Account Holder(s)” fields in the account-opening forms.
Can I open a KTrade account if I already have one with another broker?
If you have a normal account, you can open up to five accounts with different brokerages. However, for Sahulat accounts, you can only maintain one at a time. If you already have a Sahulat account with another brokerage, you must close that account first before opening one with us.
What payment methods can I use to fund my KTrade account?
Transfer funds from your bank account to KTrade’s bank account. Via integration with Bank Alfalah “Alfa” app, direct deposit to KTrade wallet. Also now you can use platforms like Jazz Cash and Easy Paisa as well.
How long does it take for a deposit to reflect in my account?
Once transfer is done and screenshot sent to agent: funds are available for trading 1-2 business days in typical cases. On the other hand, bank transfers reflects instant in your account.
How can I withdraw funds from my trading account?
Use the “Withdraw Amount” section in the KTrade app. Provide bank account/IBAN details and request withdrawal.
Are there any charges on withdrawals?
No there are no charges on withdrawals.
How do I change my registered mobile number or email address?
You can email support (info@ktradepk.com) to request update of mobile/email.
What are KTrade’s trading hours?
Monday – Thursday (9:30am – 3:30pm)

How do I close my KTrade account?

What if my number is registered under my spouse’s, husband’s, or mother’s name? Can I still open an account?
If the mobile number is not in your own name, you must provide the details of the person whose number it is.
What if my number is registered under my brother’s or sister’s name?
Same rule as above: the number must be registered under your name; if not, you must provide the person’s details whose number it is. So yes you can still open the account but you must furnish that information.
